Published rates for our 2BR/2BA condo is for up to four (4) persons per night per condo & include taxes and condo cleanings before guest arrival and after departure.

Rates vary with season, duration of stay, and number of people.
Standard Reservation - 1/2 of total amount and refundable security. Bookings within 60 days of arrival are payable in full.

Minimum Stay - 5+ nights
Holiday Stay - 7+ nights
Ask about other pricing - 3 nights absolute minimum
One (1) complimentary housekeeping service is available upon request for stays of more than ten nights.

Add only slight processing fee to pay via credit/debit card by phone or via PayPal online (only 4%).

Personalized services not included in published rate, but available upon request for additional fees: housekeeping during guest's stay, extra towel service, grocery staples delivery, or chilled champagne upon arrival.
