Our Condos
2BR/2BA Condos: Oceanfront, fully furnished, non-smoking 2BR/2BA vacation
condos, located directly at or above the
beachside pool. Our 2BR/2BA condos have
fully equipped kitchens, comfortably furnished living and dining
rooms, Master oceanfront suite with comfortable King-size bed, 2nd bedroom with
two twin
beds (that can be arranged together as a comfortable king), 2
full
bathrooms with dressing areas, furnished 30' oceanfront
patio/balcony, Televisions with digital Cable in
both living room and master bedroom, Free Wi-Fi for our guests; Entertainment center with DVD/VCR player, CD
player; Selection of videos, CDs, games, and books, Air-conditioning
(A/C),
Caribbean artwork; All linens included (sheets, beach and bath towels); Bear gear such as portable chairs and cooler in each condo.
Each 2BR/2BA condo can accommodate 4 persons
perfectly. Pullout or
aerobed also an option for children.

3BR/2.5BA Condo: The ONLY 3BR condo for vacation rental on Bolongo Beach. Sleeps 6 persons
perfectly and can accommodate up to 8 persons (owner's discretion).

guests who reserve with us, we provide 15+ pages of information ahead of your trip and binders in the condos to assist with your
vacation planning, including dining recommendations, beach suggestions,
transportation
advice, and island activity information & pricing. We now reside full time on-island and are available to assist with special requests for grocery provisioning, real estate showings, and boat charters.

Based
upon availability, our two 2 bedroom/2 bath condos and new 3 bedroom/2.5 bath condo,
located in prime Watergate Villas 16 and 17, can be rented together;
ideal for families and friends traveling together and wedding parties. Additional 2BR/2BA
and studio condos can be arranged with fellow owners for April through
December. Rental of multiple condos is subject to a combined discount
depending on season and number of persons. For
additional rental in St. Thomas, we also have our oceanview 2BR/2BA
Villa vacation home, overlooking Morningstar Beach, within 2 short minutes and closeness to Marriott and only 10 minutes drive to our sister property at Watergate Villas condos. Morningstar Villa also has an exquisite 1BR/1BA oceanview efficiency suite, perfect for 2 persons.
NEW in 2011, we now offer boat charters that we personally operate in the Virgin Islands aboard 'Rock On,' our 29' Sea Ray power cruiser. USCG Master Capt. Scott has charted several exciting itineraries to choose from for exploring and snorkeling our beautiful islands in casual luxury.
